Courses of literary Slovenian language

The courses have been offered continuously since 1976 (newspaper articles reporting the extent of the courses have been written by Salvatore Venosi and Irena Sumi). In the last few years, the Slovenian language courses have been increased from one to two hours a week for each group. The Slovenian language is taught to the young attendants by two professionally qualified instructors. The lessons are currently coordinated by Natasa Komac, who is in charge of both their content and conduct. The course contents have been revamped and modernized in the last few years. This was made possible with the contribution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Slovenia. The Centre organizes Slovenian language courses for adults and Slovenian business language courses for students of the Tarvisio Secondary Schools.
